If the vending machines eat your money or aren't working properly, you can do two things --
1. Call the telephone number listed on the machine. Each machine has a telephone number on a tag that usually reads, "For Repair Service..." The operator will ask the location of the machine, and the serial number. You can find this number on a label on the side of the machine.
2. To receive an immediate refund, write down the serial number of the machine and walk over to the Admin building. Go to the Payment and Disbursement Center, Rm 101 and let them know that the machine ate your money or is acting up.
