Check to see which Web browser you're using. The most common are Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
If you aren't sure, look at your computer desktop. The Google Chrome icon looks like this: 
If one browser doesn't work you might try a different one.
You can either switch to Internet Explorer, Firefox or another browser, or you can do the following:
- In the Chrome address bar type in: about://plugins
- Look for the Chrome PDF Viewer
- Click disable
This will allow the browser to download the PDF so that you can click on it to open in Adobe Acrobat.
